Can my organization apply if it is based outside of Italy, the USA, and the UK?
No, only organizations with legal headquarters in Italy, the USA, or the UK can apply.
Can an organization apply multiple times?
No, each organization can only submit one application for the entire duration of the grant.
Can I submit my application in any language?
Applications can be submitted in either Italian or English.
What happens if my proposal is not selected in the first phase (Call for Proposal)?
Only proposals that pass Stage 1 (Call for Proposal) will proceed to Stage 2 (Full Project). If your proposal does not pass the first stage, it will not be reviewed further.
Is co-funding required?
Yes, a minimum co-funding of 30% of the project costs is required, which can be covered by other fundraising activities or additional grants.
What is the minimum project duration and where can it be implemented?
The minimum project duration is one year. Projects can be implemented anywhere in the world.
Can ongoing projects apply?
Ongoing projects can apply, as long as they meet the requirements and align with the objectives of the call.
What happens if the funds run out during the first application round (open until May 14, 2025)?
If the funds are exhausted during the first application round, the call will close early, and no further applications will be accepted.
How can I submit my organization's application?
Applications must be submitted exclusively via the online procedure on this website. No other submission methods will be accepted.
Can I modify my application after submission?
No, once the application is submitted, no modifications or additions can be made. This applies to both the Call for Proposal phase and the Full Project stage.
